INROADS is a non-profit organization that provides training, development, and internships to the best and brightest ethnically diverse talent, who historically have been under-represented in business and industry. Annual Personal Giving Drive Through the INROADS Annual Personal Giving Drive, gifts may be designated in support of a local office, specific programs, or the entire organization. This gift will allow you to make an impact on your local office while enhancing your Alumni career services and outreach. 2009 Summer Training & Development Supporters Training and development embraces the heart of the INROADS mission of developing and placing talented minority youth in business and industry, preparing them for corporate and community leadership. The INROADS development process encompasses many facets including the internship, academic/career coaching, and training. INROADS combines classroom and on-line training to provide Interns with learning experiences that can increase their effectiveness in the workplace, as an Intern, and as a professional.
