Refer A Friend Campaign

Can you use an extra $100?  INROADS is launching our “Refer A Friend” Campaign. Refer A Friend between now and May 31st and win a $100 gift card is the student is placed. Read completely the instructions below and click the Refer A Friend Campaign link at the bottom of this page.

If you are a current INROADS Intern and you refer a student majoring in ANY MAJOR that is PLACED with one of our sponsors, you will receive a $100 AMEX/Visa gift card for each newly placed Intern. To get started, first, review the details . . . .

Refer a friend Campaign Details

Purpose: To increase the number of candidates for 2013 Internship openings.

Process: Any current INROADS Intern is eligible to receive a $100.00 AMEX/Visa gift card for each referred high demand major candidate that gets placed with an INROADS Client by June 15, 2013. Referred candidates that are not placed do not qualify for the incentive.

Applicant Eligibility:

  • All majors are eligible

  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

  • Sophomores and Juniors are eligible (cannot graduate before December 2014)

Internships Available: Nationwide with clients such as: MetLife, United Technologies, Lockheed Martin, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Boeing, IBM, Travelers, Google, Dell, Xerox, Qwest, Southern Company and more!

Internship Placement Timeline:  September 1, 2012 thru May 31, 2013. Candidate applications must be received from September 1, 2012 – May 31, 2013. No retroactive referrals will be honored.

Intern Eligibility: Must be a current INROADS Intern (includes graduating seniors) in good standing with his/her region.  Separated Interns are not eligible.

Application Process: Referred candidates must apply online starting September 1, 2012.  Candidate must indicate in the application that he/she was referred by an INROADS Intern in the section, “How did you hear about INROADS?” and include the name of the Intern’s university. 

Referring Intern must also go to the INROADS website and submit the referred candidate’s information in the “Refer A Friend” section. (Not in the Share INROADS section.)

Payment: INROADS will review all referred candidates received from September 1, 2012 – May 31, 2013 and confirm referring INROADS Intern’s name.  All eligible referrals will be paid in August 2013.

If a newly placed intern is referred by more than one person, we will verify the name of the referring intern with the newly placed intern.
