Kaiser Permanente (KP) has been committed to INROADS since 1986 and sponsored more than 70 INROADS Interns this past summer.  The KP L.A.U.N.C.H.* INROADS program is just one of its many initiatives that is integrated into the fabric of the KP organization designed to attract and retain a workforce that is representative of the communities served by healthcare. Kaiser Permanente was awarded the Exemplary Voluntary Efforts (EVE ) award for its exceptional equal opportunity (EEO) programs  in 2002 from the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.  Since 2001, INROADS has recognized KP nationally each year with a Best-of-Class award in one or more categories.
