About the Program

The purpose of INROADS College Links is to ensure academic success for talented underserved high school students with a focus on college and career readiness.

INROADS College Links is the pre-college component of the INROADS Internship experience. The program addresses the need to prepare and strengthen the pipeline of underserved talent from high school and throughout the career lifecycle. Our goal is to motivate and prepare academically high-performing students for a holistic college and career experience. College Links provides needed access to career immersion activities, goal planning, while improving educational outcomes for underserved students interested in STEM (Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics) and business careers.

Students who participate in the program will:

1. Explore opportunities in business and STEM disciplines careers while gaining an understanding of the specific academic requirements and aspects of various careers

2. Support participants and improve student experiences with the transition from high school to college
3. Grow the pool of potential participants in the INROADS College Program
