About College Links

INROADS College Links is the pre-college component of the INROADS Internship experience.

College Links addresses the need to prepare and strengthen the pipeline of underserved talent from high school through the higher ranks of corporate America. Our goal is to motivate and prepare academically high-performing students for a holistic college and career experience.

• INROADS will ensure that a larger number of talented youth are reached and coached to successfully navigate the earliest stages of the career lifecycle.

   

• The College Links experiences will aid participants in building study, business and personal skills and strengthen academic and career interests.

   

• The program also sees a strong connection parental education and involvement throughout the college preparation process and will offer programming in support.

College Links Program

• Focuses on education and leadership opportunities for future generations of diverse corporate executives
   
• Will increase the pool of prospects to be integrated into the diversity leadership pipeline
   
• Provides an opportunity for community and business leaders to contribute hands on support in partnership with INROADS (mentoring, coaching, career shadowing)
