Having a mentor who can push you towards success is an investment into your future, and for Francesca Navarro that investment is paying off. She believes her INROADS mentor and her internship experience with Target has helped her become a better leader and has substantially improved her ability to work well within teams.

“INROADS has helped me become more confident in my abilities to fulfill my goals and has provided me with the tools and resources I need to get from point A to point B,” says Francesca. “My INROADS mentor, Ana Marte, has been a great support system and guidance towards achieving my goals. She applies the right amount of pressure needed to keep me focused and on track.”

Francesca realized after her first year of college that she wanted to go into business but quickly realized that she needed training, guidance, and experience. So she began her quest in search of the right internship company that shared the same values as she did and would help develop her and INROADS fit that category perfectly. Now, she looks forward to being an effective leader and succeeding in business.
