"I enjoy being a part of the INROADS family. It definitely gives me access to a diversity of professionals that I otherwise wouldn’t have access to as a student."
Sometimes it is more than just the experience and business acumen you bring to the table. There are times when business soft skills play a major role in helping you to successfully navigate the corporate business environment. For Domingo Rodriguez, one of the key benefits he’s gained as an INROADS Intern are the networking opportunities he has been exposed to both with other fellow Interns and in business.
As he puts it, “I enjoy the networking the most, and it provides me with the opportunity to learn more about others.” Domingo continues by saying, “I don’t think I would have met some of the fantastic INROADers and I enjoy the connections I’ve made with fellow Interns as well as with my mentor.”
Networking is one of those soft skills that INROADS emphasizes in its leadership development training. Interns are better prepared to take advantage of various opportunities and climb up the corporate ladder if they can network and forge fruitful business relationships.
“I enjoy being a part of the INROADS family. It definitely gives me access to a diversity of professionals that I otherwise wouldn’t have access to as a student,” says Domingo.
