Being a part of INROADS is a holistic experience. “INROADS has made me a better person in and out of the office. My communication, professionalism and business skills have all improved as a result of INROADS,” says Brenden.

Brenden is an Intern in the National Markets Underwriting Department at Liberty Mutual. “I have been charged with creating documentation that will allow my manager and the company to locate trends, and to assist them in developing processes that will positively impact the bottom line,” says Brenden.

In his first year with Liberty Mutual, Brenden felt welcomed. “I feel it’s a great opportunity, with wonderful people surrounding me and it’s a company that strives for personal growth,” he says. Brenden’s corporate mentor has also proven to be vital. “We have built a good relationship and have great communication.”

Brenden is a junior with a 3.5 grade point average, but after becoming a part of the INROADS process, he recognizes that’s just one part of the equation. “INROADS is a wonderful process with thorough training workshops, interactive mentors, and much guidance,” he says.
