Fredrick has worked with INROADS for 10 years. Four of those years he has served as the National Business Coordinator. “This role has provided me with a special sense of accomplishment in helping a young person achieve professional goals,” Fredrick says, “Creating and executing a strategy with the purpose of providing career opportunities for talented, underserved students from diverse backgrounds provides a heightened sense of awareness to diversity and accomplishment,” he adds.
