Ja Marr Brown is a twelve-year INROADS veteran and current employee at Allergan Pharmaceuticals. A graduate of Whittier College, Ja Marr is a Senior Area Manager for Allergan Pharmaceuticals and is still involved with INROADS. He has served as the INROADS Alumni President and was named Alumnus of the Year.

Ja Marr credits his INROADS mentor for giving him the “best” career advice when she encouraged him to apply for an internship with Allergan Pharmaceuticals.

Since 1993, Ja Marr has been continuously excited about INROADS. He interned his first year in the sales training department where he assisted with training classes and interacted with the top executives of Allergan. During his following summer, his sales knowledge was tested as he was placed in a sales territory in San Diego. His successful results landed him a full-time job offer with Allergan.

Ja Marr displays his leadership skills and willingness to share his experience with others. Previously, he was selected as Supervisor of the Year after hiring five INROADS Interns for Allergan. In his current position, Ja Marr has hired two INROADS Interns as full-time employees and says “they are both performing extremely well; and one is on track to become Sales Rookie of the Year.” He proudly reports that his sales team is #2 in the country and thanks INROADS for his professional development.
