Carlos recalls that INROADS opened the door to the business world for him by thoroughly preparing him for the interviewing process and corporate environment. The insightful training and developmental workshops he attended further prepared him for two summers in an internship that provided real world career experiences. He received a full-time offer upon graduation and now three promotions later, Carlos agrees that INROADS works!

Carlos took the initiative to reestablish the relationship between INROADS and his business office shortly after graduation, and has served as a supervisor and mentor.
