The sky’s the limit for this INROADS Alumnus, who is a fan of the INROADS Internship Process. “INROADS instilled a level of professionalism and confidence in me that I may not have gotten on my own,” says Adrian.

Working in a corporate environment as an INROADS Intern with Otis Elevator Company, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation, was a real eye-opener for Adrian. “My company gave me a golden opportunity to learn about product development, manufacturing, and quality. It also allowed me to obtain a more complete education by combining the theory learned in the classroom to the practical knowledge learned in the workplace,” says Adrian.

As an Intern, Adrian worked on high-level projects at Otis Elevator Company that played a major role in the company’s production processes. “My mentor was helpful and treated me more like a young engineer than an intern,” Adrian says proudly. “I was exposed to opportunities, knowledge, and people that I otherwise would not have known about,” he adds.

Adrian is grateful for the professional training he has received from being a part of the INROADS process, but he also values the human experience. “I am thankful for INROADS. It provides me a network not only with my peers, but also with business and industrial leaders and professionals,” he says.
