Stacy McMurray
Vice President-Operations
As Vice-President at INROADS, Inc., Stacy McMurray develops and executes organizational strategies and tactical approaches that facilitate revenue growth and brand expansion. She serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team addressing organizational challenges and ensuring the delivery of cost effective and creative products/services that support INROADS mission, vision, and goals. Reporting to McMurray are the Director of Learning and Development, National Director of Sales, Business Analyst, and six Regional Directors.
McMurray joined INROADS in 2002 as a Corporate Relationship Manager. Throughout the next few years she advanced through various positions, first as Managing Director for the Midwest region in 2004 then as Regional Director in 2006 where she joined the leadership team. In 2009, McMurray was named Territory Vice-President -West where she was responsible for overseeing key account management, budgets, and the strategic and tactical leadership of the territory. Within this role, she also oversaw marketing, sales management, and assisted with the development of organizational processes and policies.
Prior to joining INROADS, McMurray held leadership positions in global and national companies, including Convergys, a leader in client relationship management. During her tenure with Convergys, she held positions as Account Manager and Operations Manager where she led her team in implementing product sales programs and providing business-to-business and customer retention solutions. As Account Manager, she partnered with clients in the financial services, automotive, technology, and retail industries to improve conversion sales rates and build customer loyalty.
McMurray serves on the MERS/Goodwill Board of Directors, is a Director on the University of Missouri-St. Louis Alumni Governing Board, and a past member of the Beaumont Finance Academy Board of Directors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a dual major in Marketing and Management & Organizational Behavior.
