Anthony Lloyd

As a successful hands on C-level executive with a record of achievement showcasing nearly twenty years of proven success across multiple industries, Anthony Lloyd is adept at identifying fiscal opportunities to improve efficiency and increase profitability, R&D partnerships, strategic alliances, and international business operations.
From his early career as a Senior Finance Associate at the United Parcel Service and Accounting Manager at Major Brands, Lloyd has always proven an ability to provide strategic planning and financial modeling. During his 10-year tenure at Fannie Mae, Lloyd was a Senior Risk Manager/Deputy Chief of Staff where he administered and directed policies and performance measures function for the Chief Risk Office (CRO) and worked directly for the senior-most corporate officer with direct responsibility for credit risk performance of Fannie Mae's $2.2 trillion guarantee book, the largest risk portfolio of its kind in the world. Lloyd was later promoted to serve as Fannie Mae’s Chief of Staff Corporate Administration, a division reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Within this role, Lloyd provided comprehensive financial strategies, advice, and expertise to the department and to the world's largest institutional investors and debt and equity issuers.
Lloyd later went on to build upon his entrepreneurial abilities leading the Livingston Hill Group as Managing Principal. The Livingston Hill Group is a private consulting firm helping clients with financial analysis and business performance through a focus on providing CFO advisory services that achieves measurable benefits in strategic planning, risk management, and operational effectiveness. Clients have included The Department of Energy, Freedom Communications, Gerson Lehrman Group; Goldman Sachs Proprietary Investing; D.E. Shaw; Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe; Legg Mason Capital Management; Wellington Management; UBS Global Asset Management, Deloitte Services LLP-Strategy, Research & Innovation.
Lloyd has recently been appointed as Chief Financial Officer for INROADS, the nation’s largest non-profit source of salaried corporate internships for top diversity talent. Within this new role, Lloyd will set the organization’s financial policy and direction while also partnering with the executive leadership team in driving the organization’s overall strategy. He will also be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the organization’s financial infrastructure and providing leadership in the organization’s strategic and operational issues. He will additionally lead financial administrations, business planning and analysis, and budgeting and will work closely with the Finance and Audit Committees of the Board of Directors.
Lloyd holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Tuskegee University in Alabama and an MBA from Columbia University. He became a member of the men’s fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi in 1991. Lloyd will be located in St. Louis where he currently resides with his family.
