New INROADS Regional Director to Lead Operations, Business Development in Florida Region
INROADS, the nation’s leading non-profit organization that has developed and placed over 53,000 top performing diverse students in salaried corporate internships since 1970, recently welcomed Vincent Valentine as Regional Director, Florida Region. As Regional Director, Valentine will be responsible for the overall operation and business development for four markets in Florida: Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami.

Valentine comes to INROADS with more than ten years as District Sales Manager at various organizations. Prior to INROADS, he served as District Sales Manager for Quintiles, Transnational Corporation and previously served in similar roles for 16 years with Pfizer. With both companies, he developed and led district sales operations for multi-state sales teams and received various accolades for achieving and exceeding market share and revenue goals.
Valentine is a graduate of Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting. As an ROTC scholarship student, he graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate and was commissioned as an Officer into the U.S. Army Signal Corp. He went on to serve a total of ten years in the United States Army in various leadership roles, and left with a rank of Captain. In his spare time, Valentine served as the Vice-President of St. Augustine’s College Parent Association, and also volunteered with several youth organizations including the Police Athletic League and the Catholic Youth Organization. He has been an active fundraiser for organizations such as the American Diabetes Association and is also active with the National Society of Pershing Rifles Alumni Association and the Morgan State University ROTC Alumni Association.
Valentine will reside in Orlando, Florida with his wife Dee, and two sons.
