INROADS Appoints Anthony Lloyd Chief Financial Officer

INROADS, the nation’s largest non-profit source of salaried corporate internships for top diversity talent, has recently appointed Anthony Lloyd as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. Within his new role at INROADS, Lloyd will set the organization’s financial policy and direction while also partnering with the executive leadership team in driving the organization’s overall strategy.

Adept at identifying fiscal opportunities to improve efficiency and increase profitability, R&D partnerships, strategic alliances, and international business operations, Lloyd brings to the INROADS executive leadership team nearly 20 years of proven success. As the new CFO of INROADS, Lloyd will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the organization’s financial infrastructure and providing leadership in the organization’s strategic and operational issues. He will additionally lead financial administrations, business planning and analysis, and budgeting and will work closely with the Finance and Audit Committees of the Board of Directors.

Prior to his INROADS appointment, Lloyd held several key finance leadership positions, including positions at Fannie Mae, Major Brands, and United Parcel Service. In his ten-year tenure at Fannie Mae in Washington D.C., Lloyd’s roles included serving as Risk Manager and Chief of Staff Corporate Administration in which he led his team in implementing financial policies and analyzing risk parameters for businesses. Lloyd was also an entrepreneur and Managing Principal of Livingston Hill Group working with public and private domestic and multinational corporations and government firms and provided expertise and counsel to senior management, analysts, and principals. Besides his success within the corporate world, Lloyd also comes to INROADS with non-profit experience as Treasurer, Executive Committee Board Member for the Christian Family Montessori School where he provided strategic financial leadership and counsel to the senior leadership team.

Lloyd holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Tuskegee University in Alabama and an MBA from Columbia University and will be located in St. Louis where he currently resides with his family.
